AI Visibility Sprint — Get Cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity & AI Overviews
Buyers now start their research inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews — and those engines cite sources rather than rank pages. Four weeks to find out whether they can read you, fix what's blocking them, and measure whether it moved. You keep the tracking system.
Who it's for
Seed–Series B teams with a real site and content footprint — roughly 20+ indexable pages — who are losing discovery to AI answers and can't tell whether it's a content problem or a plumbing problem. If your site is under ten pages or you're pre-launch, start with the free Starter Kit and the GEO & AEO Playbook; the sprint will be worth more once there's something to measure.
The four weeks
- Week 1 — Diagnose: crawlability and rendering audit across every page template, scored 0–100. Baseline citation run on a prompt set we design together, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and AI Overviews. Competitor share-of-voice measured on the same set.
- Week 2 — Design: the fix backlog, ordered by weighted impact. Schema pack specified. Answer blocks rewritten for priority pages. Entity coverage gaps named.
- Week 3 — Execute: fixes shipped or specced tight enough for your engineers to ship in an afternoon — crawlability first, then schema, then the rewrites. Internal linking and entity consistency.
- Week 4 — Handoff: the tracking system is yours — frozen prompt set, the run protocol, the scoring sheet, and a team walkthrough of the re-run cadence.
- Week 10 — Re-measurement readout (included, async): the same frozen prompt set, run again and scored against the noise floor. Verdict on what actually moved.
What you get
- Page-level visibility audit (scored, all templates).
- Baseline citation run across four engines.
- Competitor share-of-voice on the same prompt set.
- Prioritized fix backlog, schema pack shipped, answer-block rewrites.
- Tracking system and run protocol, yours to keep.
- Week-10 re-measurement memo.
How we keep it honest
Presence and citation are reported separately — being named is not being cited. Movement inside run-to-run variance is reported as "no detectable change," never as a win. The prompt set is frozen at baseline; a better prompt set later is a new baseline, not an improvement.
