Something is broken and you're not certain what.

Three weeks, the whole funnel, one verdict. We run the diagnostic across acquisition, conversion, retention and message, then tell you the sequence — what to fix first, what to leave alone, and what it's worth. This is the diagnosis. The building happens after, and you can do it yourself.

How this differs from a sprint

A sprint goes deep on one area and ships artifacts: a model, a rewrite, a fix list you can hand to engineering. The Full Diagnostic goes wide across all four and ships no artifacts — it produces a verdict and a sequenced plan. Take the Diagnostic when you don't know where the problem is. Take a sprint when you do.

How it runs

What it costs

Full Diagnostic — $4,500, 3 weeks. The Full Diagnostic is the usual on-ramp to a retainer. The fee credits in full against the first retainer invoice if signed within 30 days, once per relationship.

The credit applies once per relationship and does not stack. One audit credits into one sprint, or one sprint credits into one retainer — not both in sequence.

Founding Client rate applies to the first three companies and closes 30 September.

Frequently asked questions

Can we talk before buying?

There's no free discovery call. The Growth Audit ($600 founding / $1,200) includes a 60-minute walkthrough of your results — that's the conversation, and it comes with the analysis rather than instead of it.

Why does this ship no artifacts?

Because its job is to choose. Going wide across four areas in three weeks buys you a defensible verdict and a sequence; it does not buy a model, a rewrite or a fix list. If you already know where the problem is, a sprint is the better purchase.

What does the readout contain?

The binding constraint with the evidence for it and against the alternatives, the sequenced plan with what each fix is worth, and the two or three things to stop doing. Written so your board can read it without you in the room.

Does the fee credit toward anything?

It credits in full against your first retainer invoice if you sign within 30 days. Once per relationship, and it does not stack with an audit credit.
