The AAJ Methodology — Diagnose, Design, Execute
AAJ's three-phase methodology turns scattered marketing tactics into a measurable growth system built on pipeline, CAC, and retention — not vanity metrics.
Diagnose
Audit positioning, funnel, channels, and measurement to find what's leaking pipeline.
Design
Build the growth system: ICP, messaging, channel mix, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
Execute
Run the plays, measure weekly, and iterate on what compounds.
How we source every number
Every figure AAJ publishes traces to a named primary document, and the site will not publish if a check fails.
- Named and linked. A statistic names the organisation that produced the data and links to that document, not to a blog that quoted it.
- Sample and date. Benchmarks carry their sample and field window in the Benchmark Library.
- Illustrative is labelled. Worked examples are marked as illustrative and never presented as findings. Preprints are cited as preprints.
- Checked on every build. Automated checks match each source name to its link, flag any figure without a ledger entry, and block statistics shown to search engines but hidden from readers.
- Removed when it fails. If a number cannot be traced, it comes off the page. It is not softened or left flagged.
