Launch Readiness Planner

A launch is a process, not a day. The day concentrates attention you built beforehand and converts it afterward. Teams that treat the day as the whole thing launch to nobody and wonder why it was quiet.

The readiness gate scores twelve items across six dimensions - positioning, product, audience, assets, team and measurement - each from zero to two. At 85 per cent or more you are ready to set a date. Between 60 and 84 you are close, and should close the gaps first. Below 60 you are in the building phase, not the launch phase, and setting a date moves work you have not done into a week you do not have.

The plan runs from thirty days before the date to three weeks after, with every task dated from the launch date you set. Most of the winnable work sits in the pre-launch window, because you cannot manufacture an audience on launch morning, and most of the pipeline is made after, because the recap and the retargeting often out-convert launch day itself.

Four go/no-go gates are checked on the day, not scored here: the feature is live and the core flow works end to end, analytics and conversion events are firing, the landing page loads with working links on desktop and mobile, and the owners are online and know the runbook.
